Created a local public affairs program from the ground up. Trained and supervised 10 personal in maintenance of equipment and performing their jobs at a 95% combat readiness. Maintained a secret government security clearance.

Responsible for shooting, digitally enhanced, and submitted photographs for local newspapers. Published photographs and stories in Elko Daily Free Press, El Paso Inc., Fort Bliss Monitor, What’s Up Weekly Magazine and Air Defense Artillery Magazine. Purchased and maintained one Nikon D70 digital camera, two Nikon FM-10 35mm film cameras, one Nikon N65 35mm film camera, two computers valued in excess of three thousand dollars. Created and maintained an internet website: http://www.duanefishphotography.com. Created graphics for multiple business needs from CD/DVD covers to creating company logos. Created multiple slide shows in both Microsoft Movie Maker and Vegas movie maker.

Alarm Monitor

Supervised silent audible alarm from around the nation in the biggest and busiest security firm in the United States. Setup restrictions on alarms, created logs of alarms that went off, notified police and owners of unlawful entry.


Draftsman/Graphic Designer

Designed blueprints in AutoCAD of multimillion dollar buildings. Created color renditions of blueprints in Adobe Photoshop at a 85-95% color accuracy. Collaborated with the City of San Jose to have blueprints approved through different city departments. Upgraded the firm to increase productivity and storage by 150%.

Created advertising for a daily newspaper using Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Freehand and MultiAD Creator using Macintosh operating system. Singly dealt with the second biggest advertising account the newspaper received. Worked with customers and advertising representatives to achieve multiple views of their advertisement.
